Cube Kid is the pen name of Erik Gunnar Taylor. A fan of video games—and particularly Minecraft—he started writing fan fiction at a very young age. His first novel, The Diary of a Minecraft Villager, was self-published as an ebook in February 2015 and quickly became tremendously successful in the Minecraft community. If you're a fan of Minecraft then this will be a good read for you. It turns out I'm not... This was interesting to a point but it wasn't mind-blowing or left me wanting to read the rest of the books in the series. The plot wasn't engaging and the writing wasn't captivating either.
