The Grasping Raja

There was a Raja who was rude, cruel, greedy and very rich. He was a grasping man too. He thought that he is the wisest man in the world. Once upon a time ordinary shepherd lost a cow. He was upset. He asked local dwellers about his cow. Someone saw, that the cow went to Raja's ownership. The shepherd went to a Raja to take back his cow. But the Raja's employee sad to him that he must bring a document which was signed by Raja. The shepherd went to Raja and told him about his problem, but Raja didn't listen to him. After that, the shepherd returned to his village and asked his friends for help, but his friends were afraid of Raja and refused to help him. After that he met the fairy jackal. How the fairy jackal will help shepherd?
