Straightforward and Do-able I was struck and got to understand that self-discipline is more then a habit. It is an intention. The book builds on the concept, expanding and explaining how we all can develop this skill, while guiding with examples as I moved through the steps. Good read.......more

This was great. Short, practical and to the point. Its like all the self help books combined into one short manual. While it lacks a lot of supporting evidence, and the examples are vague and uninteresting, it delivers practical exercises and solid advice.......more
