I checked this out since I've enjoyed Nielsen's books in the past and I'm all for more WWI books. For me, it didn't transcend the fact that I am not the intended audience. But I'm glad it exists. I'm sure I would've been all about this book after reading Rilla of Ingleside as a kid.......more
