About Arief Putra

Arief Putra was born in West Borneo in 1984 and is now living in Tangerang, Indonesia, with his wife and two kids. In 2020, he left architecture to pursue his passion of becoming a full-time children’s book illustrator. Growing up in a small city at the edge of a rainforest developed Arief’s interest in nature, adventure, and magical themes in his illustrations.

This is a beautiful book about adventures children can have during a simple 'tea time' with their parents, or a day at the beach. It’s hard to rate such a wonderfully illustrated book so low. I do not support the overall tie in with self help the author seems to want to drag on and I do not support children being indoctrinated into self help.
