Healing Ain't Healthy with ASMR Vibes...If you are unfamiliar with ASMR(whispering), be sure to listen to the samples.The main section of this audio was recorded immediately after waking up from a somewhat Lucid dream state that I am able to put myself into regularly. I am doing my best to articulate what was coming to me inside of my dream that I went into knowing what I wanted to focus on. It is not "healthy" at all if we are in any kind of a healing process, both internally, or externally. In layman's terms, I go into this subject, sharing my thoughts. We are conditioned to be proud of healing. We are conditioned to be proud of grinding, coping, dealing with stresses, & worries. This is backwards, & goes against health.
