Raymond Antrobus is a deaf poet and teacher. He has won the Ted Hughes Award and became the first poet to be awarded the Rathbones Folio Prize. He lives in England.
Joe Jameson is an experienced stage and screen actor and audiobook narrator. A graduate of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, he has narrated nearly 150 audiobooks and has worked extensively at Shakespeare's Globe, the Royal Exchange, and the Soho Theatre, among others. He can also be seen in ITV's Grantchester.

A cute story that I was looking forward to sharing. However, for its aimed audience, I felt the narrative was not engaging nor clear enough with its message. . . . all young readers will enjoy figuring out just what “Can bears ski?” is supposed to mean and will benefit from learning about being hard of hearing, including how to talk to a hard-of-hearing person.
