An Irish Ghost Story 2
Historical Ghost Story

In this spine-chilling historic ghost story, (inspired by a true story), set in Ireland in the early 1900s, twelve-year-old Teresa often takes a shortcut through the village cemetery on her way home from the market. Over time, she begins to sense the presence of a ghostly girl named Emily. Teresa is not afraid because she has "the gift," or second sight — the ability to sense spirits and know things others cannot. But when scratching sounds begin coming from inside a freshly sealed tomb in the graveyard, Teresa uncovers a horrifying secret and realizes she has become trapped in a nightmare she cannot stop.A perfect easy-read for reluctant or transitional readers, for storytelling around the campfire, Halloween, or long winter nights. A creepy, spine-tingling tale of terror for tweens who love stories that unsettle you, haunt your thoughts, and deliver just the right amount of scary, but not too scary, creepy, spooky, horror.
