If this story weren't already clearly a FANTASY, it would strain credulity. Yet, as a fantasy-style easy reader, it's kind of cute. In the very first sentence we learn, "The lake was frozen solid."Good thing that Bridget, Zack's alligator, wasn't living in that lake. You know. Like a normal alligator.......more
