I found this book very helpful in tackling the aspect of procrastination. I really liked the advice, "just get started. the last time you start is the time you'll finish." I am still working on breaking the habit of saying, "I have to... "I need to...." etc. I did feel like this was a book geared mo......more

The original Now Habit was better This does expand a bit but there's a lot of extra fluff. Could have been half as long and still made ask the save good points. But that half is excellent.......more
