About David Hagberg

David Hagberg (1942-2019) was a New York Times bestselling author who published numerous novels of suspense, including his bestselling thrillers featuring former CIA director Kirk McGarvey, which include Abyss, The Cabal, The Expediter, and Allah’s Scorpion. He earned a nomination for the American Book Award, three nominations for the Mystery Writers of America Edgar Allan Poe Award and three Mystery Scene Best American Mystery awards. He spent more than thirty years researching and studying US-Soviet relations during the Cold War. Hagberg joined the Air Force out of high school, and during the height of the Cold War, he served as an Air Force cryptographer.

About Jonathan Davis

Jonathan Davis has narrated numerous audiobooks, receiving widespread critical acclaim for his performances in a variety of genres including an Audie Award nomination in the Thriller/Suspense category for his narration of Michael Gruber's Night of the Jaguar. I enjoy movie novelizations when they add perspective to a the story told in the movie. A good movie novelization always gives a bit more than what you get from watching the movie. It was the film. In a book form. Not much else to say about it. Scenes as described were the same as the film, dialogue the same, characters, everything. No new scenes or anything interesting that made it diverse from the film. Only thing weird about it is that the cover has "Schwarzenegger" in a hug......more
