I had the physical book and found the audio on Hoopla. Nancy Grace suggests it was all she could do not to race to the end and read the last pages, and Bill O'Reilly squawked for the cover. Nancy was paid to not run and O'Reilly would volunteer to stay in the news. All the signs were there. Basicall......more
