Short is right. Barely anything here. Is VERY brief in its topics it covers. Going for the really young reader. I DO like accompanying pictures (artwork) it uses but some pages resort to boring uninspired photographs. The pictures boost the text so much and I especially like its creepy Jack o lanter......more

More like an overview than history Halloween is not that big of a holiday on this side of town. But I have longed to experience this holiday, so I listened to this one to give me an overview of how this holiday came about and eventually enjoyed by many today. Unfortunately, I don't think the latter......more
