Synopsis

About Elizabeth Mansfield

Elizabeth Mansfield is one of the pseudonyms for author Paula Reibel Schwartz (1925-2003). She held a Master's from City University and published over 40 novels. She was best known for her historical Regency romances, for which she won a Walden Books' award. She was a teacher of dramatic arts & a professor of English at NYU, George Washington University and Dunbarton College. A playwright, actor, and director, she established a small drama department at Dunbarton.
