What is the book about? As an adult, not a fan. I think my younger cousins would be a fan though. Lily is an anxious introvert with low self esteem. She works together with her unicorn, Feather, to save the academy and gain self confidence. This is a very female oriented book and has diversity within those female characters.......more

I read this to my 8-year-old and I didn't like it at all. But I'm not the target audience. Some children's books are enjoyable to read as an adult and this wasn't one. She had trouble getting into it by reading it herself but she enjoyed the story when I read it to her.......more
