Suzanne Woods Fisher is the bestselling author of The Choice, The Waiting, The Search, and A Lancaster County Christmas, as well as nonfiction books about the Amish, including Amish Peace. I loved going back to Stoney Ridge. Fisher is a great Amish author, she can write with such emotions that you feel it on every page. This was a real page turner. If you have not read the first two books in The Deacon's Family you can still read this one as a stand alone. You will not be disappointed......more
