An enjoyable story. Too bad we wont get the next volume to tie up all the loose ends, The Knave of Hearts, until November according to Ms Boyles website. A long wait, but Ill be there. This was really a cute story with lots of interesting characters

I enjoyed this read, it was some light fun. The Hero is battling some dark memories of the war but his meddling neighbor (Our Heroine) can’t take a hint and leave him alone. Thank God, because we wouldn’t have a book 🤣 Enjoyed it.......more
