DNF at 44% Maybe the grammar, syntax and spelling mistakes are stopping me from really enjoying this book, but it is a shame that it also makes Margaret Douglas' life somewhat... dull? Interesting story I love all things Tudor. This book is a fictional story from the perspective of one of the lesser known Tudors, Margaret Douglas. Interesting story about the life and ambitions of this woman. I’ve enjoyed all of the books by this author but so far this is my favorite.......more

Simplified The story of Margaret, Countess of Lennox was oversimplified. There were many misspellings, misuses, and omitted words throughout the story. A story should be well edited to make sure these errors are caught before publishing. This seems to be a trend in this day of electronic publishing.......more
