This book has been structured to challenge and remind ourselves not only of the things that have been entrusted to us and stewarding them, but also to observe the team of which we are a part, identifying areas where we can encourage confidence, thereby motivating change and growth in the team. 
Each of the chapters unpack a variety of ideals, strongly supported with scripture and examples, which can aid in a more open and simple fashion of meeting challenges where they are; not avoiding them, but working through them.
Ultimately, most models of change represented in this book can be applied well beyond the scope of the creative team; in fact, you can replace the ‘worship team’ with your ‘business team’. The truth is that we are all continuing to learn and grow, so anything that can help us along the way to answer questions, get clarity, and build ourselves (and those around us) up to continue to lean into the Kingdom principles of excellence are always welcome.
