A really good read,about a women of color who puts the needs of her husband, children, mother and her sister, niece & nephew and her mother-inlaw above her own needs. I cried and laughed reading this book. The main character Marilyn didnot allow the difficulties in her marriage and family distract her from being a kind and generous person, even when she got angry.
