About Dr Jessamy Hibberd

Dr Jessamy Hibberd (BSc, MSc, DClinPsy, PgDip, PgCert) is a highly respected chartered clinical psychologist, author and commentator. She gained her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, and completed her accreditation in CBT at the world-renowned Institute of Psychology, Kings College. Jessamy also completed her training in schema therapy, and most recently completed a post-graduate certificate at The Tavistock and Portman in Child, adolescent and family mental wellbeing. She is registered with the Health Professions Council and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). Dr Jessamy has over 15 years experience working in mental health (within the NHS and in her own practice) and is passionate about psychology and the benefits it can bring.
