Eat a Mediterranean diet. Exercise. Drink enough water. Eat a wide variety of whole foods. Try to reduce stress. Sleep well. Nothing new here. Lots of interesting info about the microbiome. Enjoyed that. But avoiding plastics, eating organic, going to bed by 9pm? And she’s a single mum of 3. No way......more
