Disappointing! It was interesting enough to keep me reading until the end but not the "can't put it down kind of book." I enjoyed this comfortable read but it wasn’t as good as Cynthia Harrod Eagles books usually are. It was a bit slow and yet also rather jerky between characters and their plot lines. I will of course continue with the series when the next one comes out and hope it’s back to a five star read.......more
