Giving this 5 stars specifically for Eve’s story. It was fucking brilliant. She has now become one of my absolute favourite characters. Holy hell. The first two stories were nice and light-hearted starring the best adorable duo. And then we get a story about Eve- I mean Fleur Bolan quickly learning that the world of merchants and commerce is a wolf-eat-wolf world.
