3.5 rounded up Woah! From unhinged mother to a folk horror nightmare! This went places and I fully didn't see that plot twist coming. Do yourself a favour and listen to this one on audio. It's narrated by the author himself, and he's got a killer Irish accent that lends itself to the nightmare!......more

One of the best I really enjoyed this book, it is very scary but also hilarious in places. The Ryans are a very likable but quirky family.
