A Farm Boy Memoir

This is a collection of true life stories and experiences during the decade of the 1950's. In a humorous and sometimes nostalgic telling, the author shares the genuine way that life's lessons are learned. In each story, the author relates how he got into situations that came with unforeseen consequences. From learning to obey family boundaries, to learning how to deal with other children, and ultimately learning how to treat animals with compassion, a child gradually builds an understanding of how the world works and how he fits into it. As a result, he teaches himself discipline and responsibility.
