Mother?
What She thought was her Mother was not

Jean Thorne and David Thorne are forced into a harrowing struggle against a malevolent entity that bridges the gap between the living and the dead. Following the death of Jean’s mother, Elara, David’s experimental quantum resonance device inadvertently contacts a terrifying presence known as Dakota. This entity mimics Elara’s voice and memories, using Jean’s grief as a weapon to manifest through reflective surfaces. As the haunting spreads from the lab into the city, Jean and David must uncover the dark DARPA history behind the 'Dakota frequency' and face a creature that feeds on psychological trauma. Their desperate fight to seal the rift leads them through a sequence of terrifying encounters where mirrors become portals and love is used as a deadly lure. In a race against a spreading supernatural signal, they must decide what they are willing to sacrifice to keep the past buried.
