Heartbreaking but ultimately beautiful Thank goodness Mattie is her father's daughter and she doesn't take after her cold, heartless, selfish mother in any way! Easy book to listen to. The narrator, Rick Barr, does a great job. However, the pauses between chapters is very long. The book itself is good. I like the characters and how the book followed.......more
