Synopsis

Liber Kaos offers a clear understanding of the practice of chaos magick. Peter Carroll’s approach combines methods from shamanism, paganism, and chaos science. This book includes a selection of extremely powerful rituals and exercises for committed occultists and has instructions that lead listeners through new concepts and practices. A complete, advanced magical training course for the individual or for groups is explained, with details of the author’s magical order, an outline for setting up a temple, and instructions for carrying out the essential rituals of chaos magick. Included are a fresh look at aeonics, cosmogenesis, auric magic, and shadow time, as well as a disclosure of the technical aspects of spells and equations. Originally published by Weiser Books in 1992, this new edition is substantially revised and updated and includes new, previously unpublished material.

Two things troubled me- the concept of Kkk- which seemed to be insinuating that magic can and has been used......more

While I think the content has the potential for brilliance, the first half of the book is heavy with physics and math to explain Chaos Magick Theory. This is understandable as Peter Carroll is attempting to expl......more
