About Tzivia Gover

Tzivia Gover is a writer and editor who lives in western Massachusetts. She received her MFA in creative writing from Columbia University, and her work has been published by beliefnet.com, the New York Times, the Christian Science Monitor, and the Boston Globe, among other publications. Gover teaches creative writing and poetry in to teen mothers who are studying for their high school equivalency diplomas and in basic education classes. She is also a certified dream therapist who helps people understand the meaning and messages in their dreams.

Listened to this on audio. Great listen for my one little word Breathe for the year. It had a lot of journaling prompts which I hope to go back to. Felt it was a bit short though. If you want to be more joyful this is a great addition to your life.......more

I absolutely loved this book. It's simple quotes and exercises that help you learn how to be mindful and live in the current moment and savor it. This act of being mindful in the current moment is a hard behavior we must all learn in order to achieve a better mental state that is more relaxed.......more
