Synopsis

Hmm, not sure I may actually place this at 3.80. Very well done noir fantasy story. The plot was intriguing, going along with the Noir--PI, gumshoe-- plot lines. In the second installment, the patois gets thicker and shakier. While occasionally, the writer manages a great turn of phrase, it's unfortunately far too precious to really enjoy. I think I'm done with this series.......more
