The narrator is so annoying -- I think I've complained about her for another book. She tries to sex up the narration (e.g. one part where she's like "his... hairy... THICK... eyebrows raised up at me" -- like it's just unnecessary to emphasize and speak that way when nothing in the text suggests......more

It took me longer to read this than I had expected but this is a dynamite story! It starts out normal enough with a deadly car accident and poor Lisa suffering from trauma (including horrible nightmares and feelings of guilt) but then the story takes a twist to the horror realm or should I say Fear......more
