Dag's Great Action-Word Race (A Bugville Critters Story)
A Fast and Funny Lesson in Verbs, Adverbs, and Teamwork

Dag Dragonfly designs the fastest, twistiest race in Bugville, but signs that say bridge, tunnel, basket, and bell leave every racer wondering what to do. Once Dag discovers verbs, the course finally springs into action—until his favorite adverb, quickly, creates crowded bridges, flying leaves, and pinecones rolling everywhere. With help from his friends, Dag learns that adverbs can explain how, when, where, or how often an action happens. Energetic, humorous, and full of movement, Dag's Great Action-Word Race helps young listeners hear the difference between verbs and adverbs while celebrating patience, careful choices, and the one word that helps every racer finish: together.
