I came across Career Anchors around 2010 and found the approach helpful in my 50s. To my amazement it also had a profound impact on my daughter and one her friends in their 20s. My only critique then was the language use was from the 80s and made it less powerful for the younger folk. This version R......more

I did find some insights in this book useful. I may read it again in print, it may be perhaps more useful in that format. But I do like their constructs for thinking about what you are good at, like to do, and how to pursue that.......more
