Synopsis

iMeditate Guided Practice Audio Series
In this introductory guided breathwork practice, Sharon Salzberg teaches you a time-tested way to calm the mind and improve concentration by counting the breath. Without stress or self-judgment, we simply rest in the natural rhythm of each breath, mentally noting “in” and “out” as we attend to the pure sensations of respiration.
