I re-read these anthologies every other yeah, just about, and they never stop making me smile. I can quote the first page of "Duffy's Jacket" verbatim, and "Uncle Joshua and the Grooglemen" blew my mind when I was 9. I love these so muuuuuuuch.......more

It's great to revisit a book you loved as a kid and find out it still has merit. I suppose the anthology is a mixed bag, with a few stories that are nothing more than two- or three-page jokes. "Uncle Joshua and the Groogelmen" might be my least favorite story here, which is not to say that it's bad......more
