Synopsis

The good news? My five-year crush finally noticed me. The bad news? My dad noticed, too.I told myself I’d outgrown my crush on cowboy Archer Kade—somewhere between braces, pimply skin, and writing his-name-plus-mine on every page of my diary.Turns out, I was wrong.I’m back from college for the fall, and that old crush is back, too. But this time, Archer’s not the young, ex-rodeo star I used to dream about. He’s a man making me laugh, walking me home, and trying to get my attention as much as I used to want his.The only person who isn’t thrilled with this development? My dad, the mayor of Autumn Ridge. He says Archer’s trouble. I say I know he is—but I just can’t help myself. Especially when Archer’s suddenly everywhere. Helping with the fall festival. Running Horseshoe Holler Stables. Looking at me like I’m not that teenager who used to wear too much sparkly eyeshadow to catch his attention.I left Autumn Ridge to get over him. This autumn, Archer might prove I never really did.Autumn Kissed is a clean, closed-door, romantic comedy with no spice but plenty of sweet kisses and a forbidden romance. It is part of the Falling for Autumn series, eight interconnected standalones written by eight amazing authors:The Bodyguard's Fall by Cindy SteelAutumn on My Mind by Gracie Ruth MitchellResisting the Fall by Jess HeilemanFalling for Keeps by Kasey StocktonOnce Upon a Fall by Becky MonsonFall Fake-Out by Kortney KeiselForbidden to Fall by Martha KeyesAutumn Kissed by Deborah M. About Deborah M. Hathaway

"Deborah M. Hathaway graduated from Utah State University with a BA in English and an emphasis in Creative Writing. As a young girl, she devoured Jane Austen's novels while watching and re-watching every adaptation of Pride & Prejudice she could, entirely captured by all things Regency and romance.

Throughout her childhood, she wrote many short stories, poems, and essays, but it wasn't until after she married that she was finally able to complete her first romance novel, attributing the completion to her courtship with and love of her charming, English husband.

Deborah finds her inspiration for her novels in her everyday experiences with her husband and children and during her travels to the United Kingdom, where she draws on the beauty of the country in such places as Ireland, Yorkshire, and her beloved Cornwall."
