If you're a fan of Minecraft then this will be a good read for you. It turns out I'm not... This was interesting to a point but it wasn't mind-blowing or left me wanting to read the rest of the books in the series. The plot wasn't engaging and the writing wasn't captivating either. Very similar to other Cube Kid books and my students enjoy them. A good story for younger kids who are into Minecraft but not a super engaging plot for older kids.
