This was a reread for me. I originally read it as a teenager so reading it now it felt a bit dated. If you're not a believer you may feel like this book at times was cheesy. Amaryllis was really off the chain. I felt bad for Randall because he was a really good guy and she just dogged him to pieces. I was glad he had friend like Cordell to help him find his way again. The ending was too cute.......more
