I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I found reading this book that the Vikings were much more complex than what I knew before. Vikings were adaptable to survive as needed. Perhaps we can learn from them in their fundamental beliefs.......more

I liked the information but couldn’t get into the section about the pop culture contributions. Which basically pointed out the obvious. I enjoyed that they talked about the Eddas. I received this book as an advanced reader copy and I’m leaving this review voluntarily.......more

Disappointing Interesting facts, disorganized and a bit repetitive. Seemed to say they were disorganized warriors in combat in one place and praised their tactics elsewhere.......more
