I did not get much out of this book. I liked the alphabet of the heart model near the end, but did not find much use with the various laws. There were many moving stories in this book. There are many factors that he does not take into consideration or ignores ie privilege, ableism, sexism, etc. He also uses God and "the law of nature" as bullshit bandaid answers.
