Quotes

"Actress and dancer Jenna Dewan narrates in a beautifully serene voice that is fitting for finding daily beauty and balance. Dewan's steady and calm voice is on par with those of the best yoga instructors. It allows listeners to truly fully participate in the visualization exercises she articulates. The book is about everyday practices that help her live her best life rather than the personal details usually found in a memoir. Dewan also gets real about why these practices are important. She projects vulnerability in a soft voice while describing the emotional toll of her divorce. Conversely, she exerts a playful tone while talking about her parenting approach. More than anything, Dewan projects an uplifting attitude. The mindfulness she brings to her agenda and the people she interacts with day to day are inspiring."
