I think for financial planning, this book offered very little that hasn't been hashed and re-hashed, but it was quite motivational in the department of having conversations with your kids and coming up with a schedule of events that should happen to prep your kids for college. Disappointed by the depth of discussion. If you have elementary and middle school kids and need illumination of a path, this is a decent start. But, reading Dave Ramsey about budgeting and life choices will cover a lot of this content. Key take-away: the SAT and ACT Super-Scoring process.......more
