Sleeth's book is good food for thought, but not much more in my opinion. It's subtitle, A prescription for a healthier, happier life should have been a clue that it was not going to be up my alley. A good book on a very important and often neglected subject. There were a few parts I found repetitive, but this book should be very helpful for anyone wanting to explore the subject. It isn't very long and I loved the index of scriptures talking about the Sabbath rest in the back very helpful.......more
