This is the story of my transformation - so far - because, of course, I am never finished learning and evolving. I am still very much so in the process and want to be forever, but I refuse to let the fear of needing to be perfect or having all the answers hold me back from sharing with you what I have learned. 
Through intuitive eating, losing my excess weight on my body also meant shedding the heavy, negative beliefs in my head that were holding me back and weighing me down both physically and mentally. The more I did it, the more I realized I was creating more space inside of me - literally, with the pounds of unwanted fat no longer crowding me, but I was also creating more space inside of me to feel more love for myself and therefore for others in my life - my husband, my daughter, my mother, and the rest of my dear family and friends, my LIFE. Ultimately, it let me expand my capacity for my full JOY.
