Written by a couple of sexist old men, when they offer anecdotal or made-up scenarios, it's usually speaking ill of women (who all, apparently, suffer from "emotional over-eating" and will argue "even though it's not that time of the month"...I wish I was kidding). When the authors get to the psycho......more

It started strong, brain scanning technology and helping brain issues is brilliant. But the rest of the book was lacking. Outdated diet information (low fat for brain health?? The brain is 60% fat) I hoping for more.......more

Included are simple to follow dietary tips, dietary supplement suggestions, overcoming negative thought patterns, and more. It is a bit heavy on self promotion, though I do believe the work the authors are doing is......more

That said, as I am currently in a *fairly* healthy place in life, it isn't so scary and I was able to take away a lot of good info.......more
