The first book in this series, Sensible Shoes, was one of my favourite books of 2014, and this picks up where that one left off. The four main characters are so different from each other, once again I was amazed by how easy it was to relate to each one of them. I especially like the tension between......more

I'm glad I read this follow up to Brown's earlier novel "Sensible Shoes". This novel delves deeper into the lives of the characters, developing their conflicts, personalities, and establishing a launchpad for the next in the series "Barefoot". Readers of the first in the series will be surprised to......more

I just finished all 4 books in this series and LOVED it. It is unlike other fiction I have read before. It wasn’t a fast moving thriller type story line. But as I got about halfway through the first book I loved the characters. This book was fiction but also encourages the readers spiritual growth.......more
