About The Author

Michael J. Silverstein is a senior vice president of The Boston Consulting Group and the coauthor of the business bestseller Trading Up. He works with leading companies around the world.John Butman is an established business author and journalist. He has contributed on over twenty titles, many of which were New York Times and Boston Globe bestsellers. He graduated from NYU with a degree in film. He currently lives in Concord, MA. John H. Mayer is a character actor whose voice has been heard on numerous commercials, animated programs, audio books and narrations including E! Entertainment’s Celebrity Profiles. John was a five-year member of the Groundlings comedy theater company in Los Angeles.
