A mix of useful tips and complete garbage. And you have to sort through them. The author says almost everything is the the crucial or best tip, which of course is illogical and impossible. For those who begin the journey of time management, this is a great guide to begin and initial tools to begin with. It's a bit out-of-date but still very useful. I suggest to read "The ONE Thing" after this one to combine with more udpated topics.......more
