The Worlds We Inherit
An Aperture Saga Story

A long time ago, our ancestors solved scarcity. Then humanity learned to create universes.
When Lio inherits more than eight million worlds from his grandfather, Soren, he expects to archive them and move on. Instead, one final request sends him across seventeen extraordinary realities—and toward a problem even infinite abundance cannot solve.
In a civilization where anyone can make the world they desire, humanity is slowly losing something more fundamental: the ability to reach one another.
The Worlds We Inherit is an Aperture story about grief, possibility, family, and the strange question waiting beyond post-scarcity: when there are infinite worlds to choose from, what makes one worth sharing?
